Automated Finish

EcoShot Automated Finish Images are watermark-free, high resolution images which have been run through our automated image processing systems to help correct for layering issues. Currently this will not fix all issues, but it allows generation of a higher quality output for a lower cost. If the image requires additional work, an EcoShot Manual Finish can be requested.

Note: Before you request EcoShot Automated Finish Images, it is important that you are happy with the styling of your garments on the Metail avatars. Therefore the first step is to dress the EcoShot avatars and look at your outfit in EcoShot Draft. This will give you an indication as to how the output will look.

Once you are happy with the styling of the garments, please follow the steps below to generate an EcoShot Automated Image:

1: In VStitcher, go to Plugins → EcoShot → Request Image

• This will open a new menu for requesting EcoShot images:

2: Choose the variant that you would like from the drop-down menu:

3: Check that the job information looks correct. You will see the variant, avatar, pose, garment and colorway that will be sent to Metail for processing.

4: Click on 'Request EcoShot' and the relevant files will be uploaded to Metail. You can close the window and the upload will continue in the background, or you can wait until upload is complete and you will see a message in the log to let you know it has completed uploading:

5: Metail will generate the EcoShot Automated Image - please visit the Image Hub to view the progress of your images.

6: You will receive an email once your finished EcoShot is complete. Please visit the Image Hub to download the EcoShot.

EcoShot Automated Finish images should take about 20 minutes to generate, however this does depend on the complexity of your garment, so it may take longer on occasion. If you require additional retouching of the image, please follow the instructions to request EcoShot Manual Finish Images
