Manual Finish

These finished images are designed to provide more natural and inspirational looking designs compared to the garments shown on avatars alone. Any minor alignment or rendering issues will be fixed in the final images.

We will always aim to return the images to you as early as possible. We currently target within 1 working day for standard fixes and common requests and within 3 working days for advanced retouching.

To request an EcoShot Manual Finish, you must first have submitted a request for an EcoShot Automated Finish. Once this is complete, follow the steps below:

1: Visit the Image Hub to view your EcoShot Automated Finish Images:

2: Under the 'completed' tab, you will see your EcoShot Automated Finish Images. For each image, you can download the high resolution file, or 'Request Finish' for an EcoShot Manual Finish:

3: When you click on 'Request Finish', you will see another lightbox:

4: Please add any optional requests or advanced retouching comments you would like to be taken into account when processing the image, and then press 'Send Request' to request the EcoShot Metail Finish Image. Please see the downloadable guides for more details about the standard fixes and image request process.

5: Please visit the Image Hub to view the progress of your images.

6: You will receive an email once your finished EcoShot is complete. Please visit the Image Hub to download the EcoShot.
