EcoShot Installer license terms

1. Grant of License: Metail, Ltd. ("Metail") hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the EcoShot Installer ("App") on your personal or compatible device.

2. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App, or any part thereof, without prior written consent from Metail. You may not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Metail.

3. Ownership: The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the property of Metail. Metail retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any updates, enhancements, and derivative works thereof.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations, whether express or implied. Metail disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and accuracy of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Metail be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Updates and Support: Metail may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, or other support for the App. Metail is under no obligation to provide such updates or support.

7. Termination: Metail may terminate this license at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and remove it from your device.

8. Governing Law: This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Metail is located, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Entire Agreement: This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and Metail concerning the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By installing and using the App, you indicate your acceptance of these license terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not install or use the App.
