Packages and Usage Reporting

You can see all of the packages you have purchased on the Image Hub by navigating to the Packages page. (Note this page is only available to Group Administrators).

This page will show you the all information about the EcoShot packages you have purchased.

Active and purchased packages

This section lists packages which are currently in use, or have been purchased for future use (i.e. when the current package expires). If you would like to see detailed usage reporting, you can click on the Activity download link which will provide you with a csv report of usage.

Expired and exhausted packages

This section lists packages which are no longer active. Packages in this section have either used up all of the images purchased, or else the package expiry date has passed.

You are still able to download the activity report for expired packages.
